Pre-Festival Event Schedule (April 11th, 2026)

  • 10:00am – 2:00pm – Homebrewing Exhibition and Information: We will host a brewing exhibition and Q&A session early in the day. This process will take approximately 4 hours, and will include mashing, sparging, boiling, cooling wort, and transferring to the fermenter. This is a great opportunity to learn about the brewing process! This event is included with the General Cover Charge, and all are welcome.

Festival Event Schedule (April 11th, 2026)

  • 1:00pm – 2:00pm – VIP Access: The festival will open early for VIP access at 1:00pm. During this time, beer will be provided from various homebrewers in Louisiana and the surrounding areas. You must be at least 21 years of age to be served alcohol.
  • 2:00pm – 5:00pm – Beer Festival & Kaleb Olivier: During this time, beer will be provided from various homebrewers in Louisiana and the surrounding areas with music by Kaleb Olivier. You must be at least 21 years of age and purchase a Full Festival Access ticket to be served alcohol.

Attendees will be provided three tickets; one to vote for best beer, another to vote for best mead, cider, or other beverage, and a third for the best beverage under the Country Clash tent. The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in each category will be awarded a medal. Please use the Festival Entry Submission form to sign up your brew.
  • 5:00pm – Barn Opens: The Barn will open at 5:00pm to purchase drinks.
  • 5:30pm – 6:00pm – Awards Ceremony: The Awards Ceremony starts approximately 30 minutes after the festival is complete to give our homebrewers enough time to pack up tents and kegs as needed. The ceremony will be announced from the grandstand next to the serving area, so brewers should be able to hear announcements from their tent area. We will present the medals for People’s Choice – Best Beer Brewer, People’s Choice – Best Mead/Cider/Other Brewer, and Best Decoration/Presentation Club/Tent during this time. The awards ceremony should last no more than 30 minutes, after which there will be live bands in the Barn.

Note: The awards for the beer competition will be announced the night of Friday, April 10th, 2026 during a livestream held in the Barn. All competition brewers and friends and family are welcome to attend this event.
  • 5:00pm – 9:00pm – Food Vendors: Food will be available outside of the Barn for purchase starting at 5:00pm. This will be available until 9:00pm.
